About Malorie

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist. My passion lies in working with clients as they renourish their bodies and their souls and let go of food rules and judgements, with an ultimate goal to find peace and joy with food and eating. As both an individual dietitian and Director of Nutrition, I’ve been working with clients as they heal their relationships with food and their bodies in treatment settings for the past decade. I am specialized in providing nutrition support for people struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder and Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders.

I received my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Studies from Vassar College and completed my Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University. I love the interaction of biology and psychology with food and eating behavior and love observing this interplay through a lens of mindfulness! I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) and hold a specialized credential as a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, approved supervisor (CEDS-S) and have spoken at local and national/international professional conferences in support of recovery work.

I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) advocate and I’m passionate about providing weight-inclusive care. I’m a non-diet dietitian, and I incorporate concepts of mindful eating and intuitive eating in my counseling approach.
